Introductory Qigong

Slow, graceful movements combined with mental concentration and relaxed breathing are used to increase and balance a person's vital energy or life force (qi). Qigong is a complete program for individual health and wellness but takes little time and effort for you to enjoy.
Focus on rhythmic breathing. As you prepare for Qigong practice, settle into a full, relaxed rhythm of breath. The quality of your breath is directly related to the quality of your practice.
Settle the mind. This is one of the most important things before you practice Qigong. If our focus is scattered, your energy will be scattered, too. In addition, settling the mind is a critical skill that Qigong will help you cultivate - a skill that brings you peace and helps to potentially reduce blood pressure and stress levels - prolonging your life.
Relax the body. After mental relaxation, you need to relax your body.
